Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board plays a vital role in guiding the governance and strategic direction of the iSHARE Foundation. Appointed by the Council of Participants, the Supervisory Board meets every two months to assess the foundation’s financial health, operational performance, and future plans. They appoint and oversee the Executive Board, ensuring that the foundation’s activities align with its mission and objectives. The Supervisory Board is composed of a chairman and four dedicated members who are committed to providing effective oversight and accountability.
